To coincide with the G-20 meeting in Pittsburgh Venture Outdoors sponsored a 24 relay ride from Washington, DC following the 335 mile route up the C&O Canal Towpath and then the Great Allegheny Passage into Pittsburgh.
One objective of the undertaking was to raise funds to support the maintenance and development of the Great Allegheny Passage hiking and cycling trail.
All told it was a great adventure with cool memories and good for about two days recovery from sleep deprivation!
